U.S. News and World Report on Tuesday released its annual list of Best High Schools, and New Jersey claimed four of the top 50 spots. Biotechnology High School in Freehold ranks 19th followed by High Technology High School in Lincroft at 20th, according to the rankings based on student performance on standardized tests.
