Under the corporate Wayside umbrella lie two subsidiaries: Lifeboat Distribution, an international distributor of software products and services; and TechXtrend, a leading value-added reseller of software, systems and solutions across the United States and Canada. Wayside Technology Group is headquartered in Shrewsbury, NJ, and has offices in the U.S., Canada, and Europe. The company employs 136 employees, as of Aug. 15, 2016.
