MacWaves, the shore-area Macintosh & iDevice User Group
June 12, 2021 @ 10:00 am - 11:30 am EDT
The focus of MacWaves, the Apple device users group, is any and all hardware and software produced by Apple Inc., but especially its Mac, iPhone and iPad lines, and the software that runs,a and runs on, these devices.
We meet once a month, on the second Saturday, usually starting at 10 a.m. Since the outbreak of the current pandemic, we meet via Zoom meeting software, and you need Zoom software installed on your device to attend. We usually meet 10 months of the year, taking off in July and August. We hope eventually to return to meeting in person at the Eatontown Public Library, but that so far is in the distant future.
If you join our sponsoring organization, the Brookdale Computer User Group [BCUG], or if you email one of our co-leaders – Lee Maxwell [ email@example.com ] or Robert Shindel [ firstname.lastname@example.org ] – we can send you an invitation to the next Zoom meeting.
Lee usually talks about anything to do with Macs and macOS, while Bob talks about anything to do with iPhones and iOS, and the two of us share talking about iPads, iPadOS and other devices. We welcome newcomers and any questions you may have about Apple devices, and will do our best to help you get the best use out of your devices.
There is no cost to attend any MacWaves meeting, but we hope you will consider joining BCUG; information about joining is available at www.bcug.com.
