Former NJIT and Stevens Math Prof is Education Minister of Portugal


A former math professor at NJIT and Stevens Institute of Technology has been named education minister for the recently formed government in Portugal. Nuno Crato taught at the N.J. colleges for eight years before moving back to Portugal in 2000.
