Kean University Opening Campus in China


Kean University (Union), a 156-year-old public institution, is planning an American-style university in Zhejiang Province, south of Shanghai, and will enroll mostly Chinese students there. Kean recently ran into some trouble in the U.S., having received a warning from the Middle States Commission on Higher Education in June that its accreditation is in jeopardy unless problems are fixed, The Wall Street Journal said.
