Lesniak Calls Intrastate E-gaming Legal


N.J. Sen. Raymond Lesniak responded to claims from two other senators that intrastate e-gaming is illegal in the U.S., calling the assertions “unsupported in fact or law.” He suggested that if the two senators’ claims were true, “New Jersey and 37 other states would … have to be prosecuted for permitting online wagering on horse racing, which has existed for years.”
