SADDLE BROOK – President Obama signed the Jumpstart Our Business Startups Act (JOBS) on April 5, 2012, and to celebrate this movement for early-stage businesses, April 5, 2013 will be recognized as the first Global Crowdfunding Day.

IMM Introduces Web-Hosted Documents to Document Exchange

LINDEN – IMM introduced web-hosted document capabilities within its Document Exchange, a cloud-based document delivery solution that makes signing documents easier and allows financial institutions to close transactions more quickly.

Form fields are now highlighted for consumers to fill and electronically sign their name with one click.  Through Document Exchange, financial institutions can give customers control to initiate processes online and submit documents back electronically.

Wings Financial Credit Union, based in Apple Valley, Minn., is one of IMM’s clients that adopted the new Document Exchange.

Bowker BookWire App Allows On-the-Go Access to Book Data

NEW PROVIDENCE – Bowker introduced its free mobile application, BookWire, which allows consumers, librarians and booksellers to streamline their search for books, providing a more efficient and effective way of locating and purchasing books.

Using the application, iPhone and iPad users can scan the barcodes of any book and receive a search result, including the lowest retail prices and the ability to make a purchase through multiple online retailers….
