mBank – Full Featured Mobile Banking Solutions for Small Banks

BRIDGEWATER – Mantra Information Services introduced a full-featured mobile banking app, mBank, a tool for small-to-mid size commercial banks and credit unions to stay competitive.
The development of the product resulted from an anticipated use of mobile banking to triple in the next five years.
“The prediction for mobile banking is that mobile banking users will exceed one billion in 2017 – that’s almost 15 percent of world population! That’s a market share that a bank can’t afford to miss out on,” said Tim Miller, Vice President of Mobile Solutions.
With mBank, small-to-mid size banking institutions now have the ability to provide customers with mobile account management, bank location finders, fund transfers, bill pay and check deposits….
MMGuardian Wins Best Public Safety App at CTIA Wireless Show

MONTCLAIR – MMGuardian, a parental control software application created by TechLaunch graduate Pervasive Group, was acknowledged as the the first place winner for Technology Innovation yesterday at the CTIA Wireless Show in Las Vegas. The award acknowledges MMGuardian as “the best mobile safety and productivity application of 2013.”
The CTIA Wireless Show is one of the leading industry events in the U.S. serving the mobile market.

Synchronoss Joins Conversation on the Personal Cloud at CONNECTIONS

Synchronoss Technologies shared its views on personal cloud and cloud-based services at CONNECTIONS in Las Vegas last week.
Biju Nair, Executive Vice President and Chief Corporate Strategy Officer, addressed a panel titled, “A Castle in the Clouds: Building Revenues via the Personal Cloud.”
“As the personal cloud continues to transform the consumer digital landscape, service providers must keep pace with the growing demand for a seamless experience across devices and operating systems,” said Nair.
The panel discussed emerging business models, along with new service opportunities, potential market challenges and the future of the personal cloud.
