Stevens Prof Gets Award for Spectrum Sensing Paper


A paper written by Dr. Hongbin Li of Stevens Institute of Technology (Hoboken) on a new method of sensing spectrum use in schemes to dynamically switch between frequencies, known as cognitive radio, received the Outstanding Paper Award at the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE) Africon 2011 conference.
