Will Clear Channel’s Digital Billboard Be Distracting?
Clear Channel Communications has applied to the local zoning board of East Rutherford to upgrade its billboard on Route 17 near Castle Billiards to a digital one. While the sign meets N.J. Department of Transportation standards, some think it will be distracting to motorists.
