State Court Says Spouses Can Use GPS to Track Cheaters


A state appellate panel has said that using a GPS device to track the whereabouts of someone like a wayward spouse is not an invasion of privacy in N.J. No state law governs the use of GPS tracking devices in N.J., but both spouses must own the car in which the device is placed.
