NJ Company Has Pest Control Software

The bed bug epidemic spurred NJ company Marathon Data Systems to pump up its multi-unit commercial software designed for pest control companies. The software lets pest control companies automate follow up service and task management for Bedbug Services, set up hundreds of units in multiple building, store unit-specific contact information for tenants, and  more.

According to CEO Chris Sullens of the Wall Township company, pest control firms are experiencing increased demand from owners and managers of apartment complexes, condos, college dorms, hotels and hospitals, and they need software that can better manage making servicing properties easier and more consistant.

Marathon data systems is a developer of web-based office managment and field force automation software for service industries. The company’s RoutePoint software can be used by organizations with one-time or recurring services while Marathon’s PestPac application is designed for the pest control industry.
