Applied Communication Sciences Releases New Security Solutions for Smart Devices
Written by Megan Morreale // October 10, 2013 /
BASKING RIDGE – Applied Communication Sciences launched two new solutions that address the increasing demand for secure access and storage of sensitive data in smart devices
ACS Mobile Data Storage (AMDS) bring a new level of security to smart devices with its ACS policy-based technique that encrypts and securely stores data in smart devices on a per application basis. This approach is more granular and flexible than traditional disk encryption, which only allows for single access to control the entire storage content. The process also reduced exposure to cyber-attacks.
ACS Mobile VPN Suite (AMVS) enables smart devices to be continuously connected to a user’s network of choice, no matter the location. This can be done without losing IP sessions continuity and with providing the same level of security.
