NJIT to Expand Newark Campus

New Jersey Institute of Technology (Newark) plans to move its fraternity and sorority housing off-campus to a new area called the Greek Village. The $80 million project involves building duplexes for frat housing and a dorm for the Honors College, to accommodate 600 students. The move would free up for redevelopment the deteriorating on-campus housing now used by the frats.
