  • Founders can apply through Sept. 1 for a Fundraising Forum meeting in the Investor Lounge at Propelify on Oct. 6, powered by Captivate Talent and Tech Council Ventures.
  • Applications for Round 2 of the  Commission on Science, Innovation and Technology (CSIT) Clean Tech Research and Development (R&D) Voucher Program are being accepted on a rolling basis as long as program funds are available.
  • Applications for the CSIT Catalyst R&D Voucher Pilot Program are also being accepted on a rolling basis as long as program funds are available.
  • The NJIT Venture Fund provides early-stage funding for students, staff, faculty, alumni, and startups licensing NJIT intellectual property. There is a rolling deadline. Apply here.
  • Apply for the $50,000 TechUnited:BetterPlanet Challenge. The deadline is August 26.
  • Apply for the $25,000 TechUnited:BetterConnected Challenge Newark. The deadline is August 26.
  • Apply for the $25,000 TechUnited:BetterWellness Challenge. The deadline is also August 26.
  • Merck Digital Sciences Studio at NJIT will support early-stage biomedical and health tech startups with direct investment, access to Microsoft Azure cloud computing, and opportunities to pilot their technologies in collaboration with discovery and clinical scientists at Merck. Applications close Sept. 1. Apply here. The organizers say to apply even if you don’t fit all of the criteria.
  • The New Jersey Innovation Evergreen Fund provides a way for New Jersey corporations to participate in the innovation economy and receive tax credits for doing so.
