In NJ, Police Can Track Suspects Using Cellphone Signals


A state appeals court said Monday that it’s not an invasion of privacy when police use a cellphone signal to find a suspect, NJ.com reports. The court said the police don’t need a warrant to obtain the location from the suspect’s cellphone service provider.
