WASHINGTON — Legislation in Congress threatens to end New Jersey’s online gambling operations. A House Judiciary subcommittee today is scheduled to hold hearings on a bill that reverses a 2013 Justice Department ruling that gave states the right to offer Internet gambling to their residents.
